i’m lizzie, a registered nurse living in NoMi with a passion for all things holistic health, energetic healing, and grounded spiritual growth.

here to be a bridge, balancing the science & art of being human, together.

always asking questions, expanding my understandings of the human experience, de-conditioning, leaning into cycles, and remembering that, because it’s never the end, somehow death always has the best sense of humor.
